throughout their careers ?

2- What responsabilities do teachers have besides following the textbook ?
-creating a positive and safe learning environment
- encouraging students and keeping them motivated
- modifying lessons to fit students' needs and abilities
- checking students' progress and giving helpful feedback
- talking and cooperating with parents is key to understand the needs of each student
- managing the classroom effectively
- helping them reach a high level by other exercises in class and at home
