1- Teachers should constantly improve themselves by taking courses and attending seminars, staying current on new teaching methods and technology, and interacting with colleagues for shared learning. They should review their teaching practices on a regular basis, seek criticism, and pursue additional training or certifications to improve their skills. Teachers benefit from improving their communication and emotional intelligence abilities, preserving balance and well-being, cultivating empathy and cultural understanding, and participating in activities that promote personal growth throughout their employment.

2- Teachers are responsible for creating engaging and inclusive lessons, adapting teaching methods to meet different learners' needs, assessing students on a regular basis and providing constructive feedback, maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment, using real-life examples and resources to deepen understanding, communicating with parents and colleagues, and motivating students through encouragement, guidance, and effective class.
